1.Purchase Tyson® Chicken Strips, during the promotional period April 23, 2012 through June 30, 2012 (and you can receive your Free Salon Treatment.)

2.Visit the Redeem tab in order to print your Redemption Form. 
   You will need your UPC code(s) to access the form.


3.Mail the completed form along with your original receipt(s) (copies not accepted) with qualified participating product(s) highlighted to:

Upon receipt, please allow one (1) week for verification. You should receive your Free Salon Treatment within 4-6 weeks of verification. 

Please note your qualified Tyson® Chicken Strips purchases must be made between April 23, 2012 andJune 30, 2012.   Your response must be postmarked no later than July 14, 2012 in order to receive your gift.  All forms received that are postmarked after July 14, 2012 are not eligible.
